Play Cards

A to Z of play

The a to z of play are a set of cards designed to support you in encouraging and developing your child's play.

Each letter of the alphabet offers a different category of play which comes with an explanation of the educational benefits and several ideas for activities and ways to encourage this play with your child. There are over 100 activities all up.

I have sold many sets of these cards to amazing parents all over NZ and have received great feedback. These are suitable from birth and make a great baby shower gift for parents to be.

Letters and Numbers

This is a set of play cards full of ideas of ways to play with your child that will expose them to letters and numbers. The aim is to learn about these things through play rather than using flashcards and workbooks as all the evidence suggest that children pick things up faster and are more likely to retain the information when it is done through play. Suitable from age 2+ or whenever your child begins showing an interest in letters and numbers.

"Gina's A to Z of play and dinner time distraction cards have been an absolute lifesaver and have helped me set up meaningful play activities for my toddler twins"

Mechelle

"Thanks so much for the wonderful digital products. We only purchased them a week ago and we have already done about 5 of the activities. All have been simple to execute and using things we already had in the home"

Clare

"These play cards gave been a life saver for me as a stay at home Mum with two small children. I let my son pick out an activity and we set it up together and play and it takes the pressure off trying to think of new and fun ideas when you don't really have time to and are always running around after the baby. The games are easy and adjustable and I find I can leave and come back later and he's happy to continue by himself!"

Gemma

"I love your cards! As a stay at home Mum I'm always looking for new ideas and ways to play with my daughter. I've just had my second child and my time is really limited. Your cards have quick and easy ideas. My daughter especially loves the cocoa water mud bath idea! She spends hours getting her toys dirty and then washing them!

Amy

"I love the A to Z of play cards! They have helped with my understanding of play and given me so many great ideas for play with my daughter, both at home and out and about. Even with things we do regularly, I now have a range of ways to extend her play. Thank you for putting them together. I can tell a lot of thought has gone into them!"
